Your Coach
I’m a transformational leadership coach, the creator of Revolutionary Intelligence, and a Senior Faculty member at the Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching. My work centers on helping women leaders unlock their power, deepen their joy, and lead systemic change from a place of wholeness and wisdom.
With over a decade of experience, I’ve coached thousands of leaders in more than 100 countries. My approach blends transformational coaching, relational power, and equity-centered leadership practices to guide clients toward lasting impact and personal liberation. Whether in one-on-one sessions or large-scale convenings, I help leaders move through fear, embrace their unique brilliance, and act with courageous clarity.
In addition to my coaching practice, I serve as Activism Director at Out of Hand Theater, where I lead Equitable Dinners Atlanta—an award-winning initiative that uses art and conversation to spark change. I’m also co-designer of the Community Impact Lab, a 6-month accelerator in Arts-Based Community Engagement (ABCE).
I was honored with the Feminine Power Outstanding Achievement Award for over ten years of groundbreaking leadership and dedication to social transformation.
